New Contest Paperwork Changes starting 2020

EAA and IAC Headquarters just sent emails stating that the contest paperwork will change this
year to accommodate new liability concerns.

The Contest Entry Form will now be 3 standalone documents and all need to be signed
prior to entering the box for either practice or competition.

So, when you arrive at the airport, before even practicing in the box, you need:

1-Complete the Tech Inspection and have the Contest Entry Form/Tech Inspection Form signed
2-Sign the FAA Practice and/or Contest Waiver
3-Sign the Release of Liability Form
