Hammerfest Contest in Llano Hotel Rooms

Let me know if you plan to go to Hammerfest in Llano.  I will try to book some rooms at the same hotel for Chapter 24.

The Best Western in Llano seems to be the best choice to stay in Llano at this time unless you want to stay in a B&B.  Your choice.  Looks like places to stay in LLano are filling up.   I made reservations at the Best Western on Young St.

I spoke with Doug Jenkins and he said that he has 25 pilots pre-registered at this time.  Some of us are planning to go down early Thursday morning in the hope of some box time and grabbing some hangar space.  This may be a problem with 25 pilots.

Also, Doug said his plans are to not have a banquet but to pass out awards on Saturday afternoon and release everyone to head for home.

P.S. Boundary judges will be at the option of the CD.
