LSAC will hold a Chapter Meeting Saturday, May 21st at Aero Country Airport!! Meeting will start at 11:30 on the Southeast side, Curt Richmond’s hangar. Lunch included!! The hangar is next to the pool at Aero Country East. A practice session will be held at Akroville Airport (XA68)-35 miles west-after the meeting.
–Postponed- The United States National Aerobatic Contest is right around the corner! I trust Chapter 24 members are all preparing. It must be time for a critique day. Our next meeting / critique day is scheduled for Saturday September 5th 2015 at KGYI. The meeting will begin at 12:00 in the club house (registration room)

We had a great meeting Thursday, May 21st at Wilhoites. Pat Clark showed us the Belt Buckle for First Place Winners! Beautiful!!
The aviation forecast for Saturday indicates that Mother Nature is not in favor of a fly day at GYI (500’ ceiling less than 5 miles visibility). Therefore the fly day/judging event has been canceled. As you know our flyday/meeting has been rescheduled for this Saturday May 16th. I want to personally thank members Chris Mundorf and Paul Richmond. They have already cleaned the box markers. They will not be available to attend the meeting on Saturday. These two members are often the first to volunteer for the most undesirable tasks.
