Due to Llano being a Mecca for deer hunters, it is strongly suggested that if you are planning on attending and need to book a room that you do so ASAP. Mid-October starts to be a very busy time for local hotels. If you have trouble finding a hotel room in Llano, or desire an alternative, you might try one of the local B&B’s. There are quite few operating in the area. A list can be provided at your request.
Rides to and from the airport and hotels can usually be accommodated by local chapter members. Rental cars can be reserved through Courtesy Car Rental of Llano (325 247 1177) at very reasonable rates.
